Booking a court

Book

Section titled “Book”
  1. Open a venue from Discover and pick a day in the 7-day selector.
  2. Tap an available slot (each shows field, time and price).
  3. Review the confirmation screen:
    • Field, date, start time and duration.
    • The price breakdown in real time: price + processing fee + tax = total. The processing fee is 2.9% + $0.30; tax is $0 in this phase.
  4. Accept the terms & waiver (required — your acceptance is recorded).
  5. Tap Confirm. Payment is charged immediately and the slot is locked for you.

If someone else pays for the same slot a moment before you, the app tells you the slot is no longer available — pick another one; you are never charged for a failed booking.

Your bookings

Section titled “Your bookings”

The Bookings tab has two views:

  • Upcoming — confirmed reservations that have not started. Each card shows venue, field, time and total.
  • Past — completed and cancelled history, including refund status.

You receive a push notification when a booking is confirmed and a reminder 2 hours before the start time.

Cancel

Section titled “Cancel”

Open an upcoming booking and tap Cancel. You can only cancel before the start time; the slot is released for other players and a refund request is created automatically — the Kachiball team reviews it (check the venue’s cancellation policy in its detail page). Track the refund in the Past view.
