Availability (slots)
A slot is one bookable time window on one field: start time, duration and price. Players only see slots you have published, on the day they select in the app (the app shows a 7-day picker).
Publish a slot
Section titled “Publish a slot”In Availability, pick the field and fill in:

Press Publish and the slot becomes visible in the Player App immediately.
Slot states
Section titled “Slot states”| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Published and bookable |
| Booked | A player paid for it — it is locked and tied to a booking |
| Paused | Hidden from players; you can resume it later |
Pause vs delete
Section titled “Pause vs delete”- Pause hides the slot temporarily (maintenance, weather, a private event) without losing it.
- Delete removes it permanently. Booked slots cannot be deleted — the booking would be orphaned; if you cannot honor a booked slot, contact the Kachiball team so they can handle the cancellation and refund with the player.
