Fields (your courts)

A field is one physical court inside your venue. Players book time on a specific field, so create one entry per bookable space — “Court 1”, “Court 2”, “Turf A” and so on.

Add a field

In Fields, fill the Add field row and press Add:

Input	What it means
Field name	How players will see this court in the app (e.g. “Court 1”, “Sand 1”)
Format	Game size the court is built for, as players per side: F5 (5v5), F6 (6v6), F7 (7v7), F8 (8v8) or F11 (11v11). For non-soccer sports pick the closest capacity — see the glossary
Surface	Grass (natural), Turf (synthetic), Indoor (covered) or Concrete
Sport	Soccer, Basketball, Padel, Tennis or Volleyball — players filter by this

Edit or delete

Each row in the fields table has Edit (change any attribute) and Delete. Deleting a field is only possible while it has no booked slots; pause its availability first if you need to retire it.

Tip

The format is what tells a player “this is a 7-a-side court” before they book. If your court is convertible (e.g. an F11 that splits into two F7), create one field per bookable configuration.
