Getting started
The Court Dashboard (dashboard.kachiball.com) is where court operators run their business on Kachiball.
Create your account and venue
Section titled “Create your account and venue”- Open the dashboard and choose Create an account (email + password).
- Complete the business onboarding form: venue name, contact email, address, sports offered, amenities, photos, cancellation policy and your W-9 document.
- Verify your email. We send a verification link to the venue’s contact email; bookings notifications go there too.
- Wait for approval. The Kachiball team reviews every submission — your venue stays Pending until it is approved and only then becomes visible to players.
If your venue is Rejected or Suspended, the dashboard shows the real status so you know where you stand; reach out to the Kachiball team to resolve it.
The interface
Section titled “The interface”The left sidebar has five sections:

| Profile | Your operator account |
The top bar has the EN / ES language toggle, the theme toggle (dark / light) and Sign out. If you operate more than one venue, use the venue switcher at the bottom of the sidebar.
Money: what you see
Section titled “Money: what you see”The Overview’s Revenue figure is the gross amount of succeeded payments for your venue. Each booking’s price breakdown (price + processing fee) is visible in Bookings. Refunds approved by the Kachiball team are reflected in the payment status of the affected booking.
