Getting started
The Admin Portal (admin.kachiball.com) is the internal team’s control center. Access is restricted to Admin accounts (email + password).
The interface
Section titled “The interface”| Section | What you do there |

| Metrics | Platform summary: active/pending venues, players, bookings, gross revenue, and the work queue |
| Court approvals | Review pending venues and approve or reject them |
| Venues | Browse every venue with its real status; suspend or reactivate |
| Bookings | Every reservation on the platform, across all venues |
| Refunds | Resolve refund requests (approve / reject) |
| Activity log | Audit trail of every admin action and platform event |
| Profile | Your admin account |
The top bar has the EN / ES language toggle, the theme toggle (dark / light) and Sign out.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”The cards at the top answer “how is the marketplace doing”:
- Active courts / Pending courts — supply health; pending ones are waiting in Court approvals.
- Players — registered player accounts.
- Bookings — total reservations ever made.
- Revenue — gross of all succeeded payments across the platform.
The work queue below lists items that need an admin’s attention (e.g. venues waiting for approval).
