Court approvals & venues

Every venue that registers in the Court Dashboard arrives as Pending and is invisible to players until an admin approves it.

Reviewing a submission

In Court approvals, each pending venue shows the data the operator submitted: name, contact email (and whether it is verified), address, sports, amenities, photos and the W-9 document.

• Approve — the venue becomes Active and appears in the Player App immediately.
• Reject — the venue becomes Rejected; the operator sees this status in their dashboard. Record the reason: it is stored in the activity log.

What to check before approving:

1. The contact email is verified (the operator clicked the verification link).
2. The W-9 document is present and legible.
3. Photos and address look like a real, operating facility.
4. Sports and amenities are plausible for the photos shown.

Managing existing venues

The Venues section lists every venue with its current status. From there an admin can suspend an active venue (it disappears from the app, existing bookings stay) or reactivate a suspended one. Status changes are recorded in the activity log.
