Activity log

The Activity log records every relevant action on the platform so it can be reconstructed later: who did it, what action, on which entity and when.

Logged events include:

venue.approve / venue.reject	An admin resolves a court approval
booking.create	A player books a slot
booking.cancel	A player cancels a booking
refund.resolve	An admin approves or rejects a refund
review.create	A player publishes a review

Each entry shows the actor (the user who performed the action), the entity affected (venue, booking, refund, review) and contextual metadata — for example, the rejection reason of a venue or the action taken on a refund.

Note

The log is append-only: entries cannot be edited or deleted. It is the source of truth for disputes — “who approved this refund and when” is always answerable here.
