Bookings
Section titled “Bookings”The Bookings section shows every reservation on the platform — all venues, all players — with when it happens, the venue and field, the player, the amount and both statuses (payment and booking). Use it to investigate a complaint, confirm what a player or operator reports, or spot anomalies.
Refunds: the manual workflow
Section titled “Refunds: the manual workflow”In Phase 1 every refund is resolved manually by an admin. A request is created automatically when a player cancels a paid booking.

Resolving a request
Section titled “Resolving a request”- Approve — the refund is processed and the booking’s payment becomes Refunded. The player gets their money back.
- Reject — the player keeps the charge. Use this for cancellations outside the venue’s policy or suspected abuse.
Both actions are permanent and logged in the activity log with the admin who acted, so resolve carefully. If in doubt, check the booking’s history in Bookings first.
