Bookings of the day
The Bookings section lists your venue’s reservations for one day, ordered by start time. Use the date picker to move between days (it defaults to today).
Reading the table
Section titled “Reading the table”| Column | Meaning |

| Amount | The total the player paid (price + processing fee) |
| Payment | Paid (charged), Refunded (returned after an approved refund) or Pending |

Typical situations
Section titled “Typical situations”- A player cancelled. The row shows Cancelled; the slot went back to Available in your Availability section, and the player’s refund is being handled by the Kachiball team.
- The game already happened. The system marks bookings Completed automatically once the end time passes — no action needed from you.
- Revenue check. The Overview section accumulates the gross of all succeeded payments; the per-day view here lets you reconcile a specific date.
